
NT U-23 returns to training after defeating Thailand in the Asian Cup

Today, Saturday, the Saudi Arabia U-23 national team returned to training after defeating the Thai national team yesterday, Friday, 5-0, in the match that brought them together in the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup, in Qatar, which qualifies for the Olympic Games (Paris 2024).
The “Green” players conducted their training session this evening at Qatar University Stadium 2, under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, during which they were divided into two groups.
The first group, which included the players who mainly participated in yesterday’s match, performed a retrospective training session, while the other group conducted a retrieval training session. While the other one performed possession exercises followed by a mini-manoeuvre.
The Saudi U-23 team will perform his training session at 6:00 P.M, in the evening tomorrow, Sunday, at Qatar University Stadium 2, and the media will be allowed to cover the first quarter-hour of it.
It is worth noting that the Saudi under-23 team leads Group C, which includes alongside it the teams of Iraq, Thailand, and Tajikistan.
