Russian Professor Cerva lectures about the method of physical preparation for professional players
On Friday, Russian Professor Boris Cerva gave a lecture to national coaches within the remote continuing education program which is being held by the technical committee of the SAFF.
The lecture was held under the supervision of Turki Al Sultan, the member of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the technical committee, and Yahya Al Sharif, the Director of Education at the SAFF, with the participation of 450 coaches and those interested in the technical affairs.
Boris discussed in the lecture the methodology of physical preparation for professional players in Russia, as he reviewed several models of physical training.
After the lecture, discussion and dialogue began with the coaches, as Cerva received their questions about the aspects of physical preparation and developing fitness elements.
In conclusion, Turki Al Sultan thanked and appreciated Professor Boris Cerva for the lecture and providing the national coaches with his experiences and thanked Dr. Nour Al-Din Bin Saeed, who promptly translated the lecture from the Russian language into Arabic.
The series of remote continuing learning lectures are scheduled to be completed next Sunday with a lecture by Xuan Daclous, the education director of Australian Football Federation, who to will talk about modern planning methods in attack, defense, physical training, training directions, and youngsters training.
