Conducting the draw for the second division league 2024-2025

Today, Wednesday, the draw for the Second Division Professional League for the next sports season 2024-2025 was held at the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) in Riyadh, in the presence of the Acting President of the Second Division League, Abdul Mohsen bin Abdullah Al-Dahimi, and with the participation of 32 teams.
The 32 participating clubs were divided into 16 levels, with two teams in each level as follows:
First level: Hajar, Qaisumah
Second level: Esperance, Diriyah
Third level: Jerash, Al-Jeel
Fourth level: Bisha, Al Rawda
Level 5: Al-Saker, Al-Shuala
Level Six: Al-Sahel, Al-Washm
Seventh level: Mader, Wej
Eighth level: Najran, Hittin
Ninth level: Progress, Arar
Tenth level: Al-Quos, Al-Kawkab
Level Eleven: Al-Intisar, Al-Hawraa
Level 12: Al-Liwaa, Al-Sadd
The thirteenth level: Al-Rayyan, Al-Ansar
Fourteenth level: Tuwaiq, Al-Nujoom
Level fifteen: Al-Ula, Al-Anwar
Level sixteen: Al-Sharq, Ghouta
The draw resulted in putting: Hajer, Esperance, Al-Jeel, Bisha, Al-Shuala, Al-Sahel, Mudar, Najran, Arar, Al-Kawkab, Al-Hawraa, Al-Liwaa, Al-Ansar, Al-Nujoom, Al-Ula, and Al-Ghouta, in Group A.

On the other hand, Group B included: Al-Qaisumah, Al-Diriyah, Jerash, Al-Rawda, Al-Saqr, Al-Watam, Wej, Hittin, Al-Taqaddum, Al-Qaws, Al-Intisar, Al-Sadd, Al-Rayyan, Tuwaiq, Al-Anwar, Al-Sharq.
The new season will witness the participation of the clubs Esperance, Hajer and Al-Qaisumah, which were relegated from the Yellow League to the first division of professional clubs, in addition to the clubs Al-Ula, Al-Anwar, Al-Sharq and Al-Ghouta, which were promoted from the third division league.
It is noteworthy that a meeting was held on the sidelines of the draw, during which a number of topics related to second-tier clubs were discussed before the new season.
