NT resumes training in Riyadh in preparation for facing Jordan in the World Cup qualifiers

The Saudi Arabia national team resumed its training, on Friday evening, in the camp currently held in the capital, Riyadh, in preparation for facing the Jordanian national team next Tuesday at Al Awal Park Stadium in the capital, Riyadh, as part of the final round of the second round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup and the 2027 Asian Cup.
On the field, technical director Roberto Mancini divided the Green players into two groups, a the first group included the players who mainly participated in the last match against Pakistan, where he allocated them recovery exercises in the health club, while the second group included the rest of the players, whose training session, which was conducted on the “Mahd Academy fields,” began with warm-up exercises and then passing exercises.
At the end of the training session, the players applied various tactical exercises, followed by stretching exercises.
On a related note, Hassan Al-Tambukti continued his treatment program accompanied by the medical team.
On the other hand, the technical director granted the Green players a free period after the training session, and the gathering will take place again this evening at the camp headquarters.
The national team will continue its preparatory program tomorrow evening, Saturday, with a closed evening training session on the “Mahd Academy stadiums” at 7:00 p.m.
