The SAFF issues the Women's Premier League matches schedule for the 2024-2025 sports season

The Competitions Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), has issued the Women's
Premier League matches schedule for the 2024-2025 season.
Ten teams will participate in the third edition of the league: Al-Nasr, Al-Ahly, Al-Shabab, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-
Hilal, Al-Ittihad, Al-Sha'la Al-Sharqiya, Al-Ula, Al-Taraji, and Al-Amal.
The league will be held in a home-and-away system, with a total of 90 matches spread over 18 rounds.
In the context of enhancing competition and motivating teams, the Saudi Federation has approved
updating the value of the financial prizes for the second and third places, so that the team that wins first
place will receive a financial prize of two million Saudi riyals, while the team that wins second place will
receive a financial prize of one million and five hundred thousand Saudi riyals, while the team that
achieves third place will receive a financial prize of one million Saudi riyals.
Alia bint Abdulaziz Al Rashid, Director of the Women's Football Department, praised the success of the
second season of the Premier League, expressing her appreciation for the efforts made by the SAFF to
raise the level of women's competitions. She also stressed that the third season will witness many
developments that will contribute to improving the quality and developing all aspects related to
women's competitions.
It is worth noting that Al-Nasr was crowned with the title of the second season of the Women's Premier
League after obtaining 37 points through 12 wins, a draw, and a single loss.
