
The SAFF signs with Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio as coach of the NT U-21

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) signed a contract with Italian coach Luigi Di Biagio to coach the Saudi under-21 national team, until mid-2026.
The Italian manager Di Biagio, who holds a coaching license (PRO), previously worked as coach of the Italian U-20 team, as well as the Italian U-21 team, while Luigi Di Biagio participated with his country's national team, Italy, as a player in 31 international matches, and represented the Italian clubs Roma and Inter Milan, as well as Lazio, Monza, Brescia and Ascoli.
The Saudi under-21 team is scheduled to hold a training camp during the international break in September in the city of Abha, in preparation for participating in a number of regional tournaments during the coming period.
