The Saudi Arabia beach soccer national team launched its training today, Tuesday, in its internal training camp in Riyadh, in preparation for participating in the NEOM Beach Games 2024 for men's beach soccer teams, which will be held from November 13 to 16.
The "Green Beach Soccer" players conducted their first training session today on the dirt field of Mahd Academy, under the leadership of the (Brazilian) coach Koga Zolokovic, who was keen to meet with the players before the start of training, after which the training session began, with fitness exercises and then applying a number of tactical phrases, before concluding it with a maneuver on the entire field.
It is noteworthy that the draw for the NEOM Beach Games 2024 for men, which was held last September, placed the "Green Beach Soccer" in Group A alongside the UAE, Germany and England teams.
It is worth noting that the Saudi Beach Team is ranked 23rd in the world according to the latest international ranking issued by the game’s federation.
