
SAFF hosting the Netherlands Men’s National Futsal Team

Saudi Arabian Football Federation had the pleasure this week of hosting the Netherlands Men’s National Futsal Team for a training camp in Dammam.
During this stay from November 3-7, 2024 in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, a pair of friendly matches were played at Green Hall. Tuesday’s 3-3 draw was followed by a 2-1 victory for the visitors on Wednesday.
This crucial preparation amid The Kingdom’s outstanding sporting facilities came before next month’s Futsal EURO qualifiers.
Off the pitch, the Dutch visited Aramco’s King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, where they explored Saudi Arabia’s rich history.
They also received a special visit from Ettifaq captain Georginio Wijnaldum, who took pictures and shared words of encouragement with his compatriots.
