SAFF dedication to protecting integrity of national game boosted by Sportradar renewal agreement

Saudi Arabian Football Federation [SAFF] efforts to protect the integrity of its football competitions has been bolstered by a renewal agreement with Sportradar, a leader in sports integrity solutions and sports data products, extending their partnership from the current season for an additional three years.

This extension aligns with SAFF’s ongoing efforts to safeguard the Saudi game from various integrity challenges. Through this collaboration, the governing body will continue leveraging Sportradar’s services to provide its Integrity Unit with comprehensive integrity risk assessments and an advanced system for secure match monitoring and verification.

This step will enable players, officials and fans to report suspected match-fixing, result manipulation or other integrity concerns directly and securely to SAFF through the SAFF Integrity Mobile app.

As part of the agreement, an ongoing education program will be conducted to inform players, match officials and other stakeholders about the importance of integrity. This will be supported by a series of online seminars, available in both English and Arabic.

Sportradar - a globally prominent company supporting leagues, international football and Asian football federations - will provide an electronic system that allows secure reporting of any integrity-related suspicions based on digital data monitoring. SAFF’s Integrity Unit will coordinate with Sportradar experts to address reports received.
