The SAFF holds a media workshop entitled "Technology, Innovation and the MySAFF System"

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) held a media workshop today, Tuesday, entitled "Technology, Innovation and the MySAFF System" at the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation in Riyadh.
The workshop aimed to inform the media about the digital transformation in the Saudi Federation, which represents the technology path as one of the pillars of the Saudi Football Transformation Strategy that was launched in 2021.
The media professionals participating in the workshop learned about the MySAFF electronic system and the services it provides to all football elements, including administrators, coaches, referees, players, supervisors, scouts and others. The participants were briefed on the most prominent features of the SAFF Fans application, which is one of the most important innovative digital solutions that were presented to reflect an ideal experience through which the Saudi Federation was able to win the Best Customer Experience in Events and Best Citizen Experience awards.
The participants were also briefed on the services provided by the system that contributed to facilitating the work of clubs and many entities administratively and technically, and how it contributed to providing the appropriate technical infrastructure to develop the beneficiary experience and innovate appropriate solutions to improve the customer experience.
It is worth noting that the workshop represents the launch of a number of introductory workshops on the departments and committees of the SAFF and the work mechanism, noting that another workshop will be held next week on competition management and the mechanism for scheduling, structuring and setting regulations for Saudi competitions
