The list of clubs qualified for the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League Elite
for the 2024-25 season was completed today, Wednesday, featuring three Saudi
clubs: Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, and Al-Nassr.
Jeddah will host the final rounds of the tournament, from the quarter-finals to the
final, from April 25 to May 3, at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium (Al-Inma
Stadium) and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium.
Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, Al-Nassr, and Al-Sadd of Qatar have qualified from West Asia,
while Kawasaki and Yokohama F. Marinos of Japan, Gwangju of South Korea, and
Buriram United of Thailand have qualified from the East region.
The quarter-final draw is scheduled to take place on Monday, March 17, at the AFC
headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The draw will be a "toolbox" that will avoid two teams from the same region facing
each other, meaning that the quarter-finals will not feature any clashes between Al
Hilal, Al Ahli, Al Nassr, or Al Sadd, who will each face a team from East Asia.
