NT U-17 faces China in the opening match of the AFC U17 Asian Cup in Taif

The Saudi U-17 national team will play tomorrow, Thursday, in the first round of the 2025 AFC U17 Cup, hosted in Jeddah and Taif.
This match serves as a qualifier for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
The Saudi team will host China at 8:15 PM at King Fahd International Stadium in Taif.
On the field, the Saudi players conducted their training session on Wednesday evening under the supervision of Brazilian coach Mario Jorge and his assistant technical staff. They conducted tactical exercises, followed by set-piece work.
The Saudi under-17 national team's roster for the tournament includes (23) players, as follows: Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi, Wafi Al-Aklabi, Mohammed Bukhlaif, Yazeed Al-Dosari, Abdulaziz Asiri, Abu Bakr Saeed, Nasser Al-Faihani, Mu'ayyad Salim, Mohammed Al-Qarni, Adel Ayash, Turki Al-Najei, Saeed Al-Dosari, Habib Al-Anteef, Maher Tawashi, Abdulaziz Al-Fawaz, Al-Waleed Al-Aufi, Abdulrahman Al-Sufyani, Sabri Dahl, Osama Al-Daghma, Thari Ahmed, Salem Abdullah, Abdulhadi Matari, and Mukhtar Barnawi.
It is worth noting that the Saudi U-17 national team plays in Group A of the AFC U-17 Asian Cup, which also includes Uzbekistan, Thailand, and China.
