The Saudi Arabia U-20 national team concluded its participation in the 2025 Khufu International Friendly Tournament, held in Egypt, with a 0-0 draw against Norway in the match held this Monday evening at the Air Defense Stadium, in the third round of the group stage.
National team coach Marcos Suarez entered the match with a lineup that included: Abdulelah Al-Ghamdi in goal; Ali Al-Mahdawi, Saud Haroun, Saleh Barnawi, Turki Al-Madani, Iyad Hawsa, Farha Al-Shamrani, Ziyad Al-Ghamdi, Ammar Al-Yehabi, Adnan Al-Bishri, and Thamer Al-Khaibari.
The Saudi U-20 national team opened its campaign in the tournament with a 2-1 loss to Colombia, then drew 1-1 with Brazil in the second round, before concluding its participation with a goalless draw against Norway.
This participation comes as part of the national team's preparations for the FIFA U-20 World Cup Chile 2025, as the goal is to enhance technical readiness, gain international experience, and assess the players' performances ahead of the global event.
