
NT U-16 begins training in preparation for the WAFF U-17 Championship

The Saudi Arabia U-16 national team began training on Wednesday at its camp in Dammam, which is being held in preparation for the 2025 West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) U-17 Championship, which runs until November 5 in Jordan.
The Saudi U-16 players conducted their training session under the supervision of national coach Ahmed Al-Hanfoush and the assistant technical staff. They completed a fitness training session, followed by a tactical training session.
The national team's roster for the camp includes (23) players, whose names are as follows: Musaed Al-Shammari, Khaled Al-Dosari, Abdullah Al-Mas, Ammar Maimani, Abdulrahman Al-Mami, Ali Yahya, Nawaf Al-Huwairi, Jawad Al-Hashem, Salman Al-Qahtani, Marwan Al-Yami, Mohammed Al-Duraihim, Abdullah Al-Batli, Hassan Al-Akroush, Khaled Sharahili, Jawad Al-Habib, Rakan Al-Azuri, Ayed Al-Shaheen, Ali Al-Makki, Yazan Al-Abdrab Al-Nabi, Ali Awad, Osama Al-Malfi, Abdulaziz bin Faris, and Faisal Bayoumi.
It is worth noting that the 2025 WAFF U-17 Championship placed the Saudi team in Group B alongside the national teams of Iraq, Lebanon, and Kuwait.
