
NT U-15 Girls' Jeddah camp kicks off

The Saudi Arabia under-15 girls' team has begun its training camp in Jeddah in preparation for its first official participation since its establishment last September, at the third edition of WAFF U15 Girls Championship.
This camp is part of an intensive training program aimed at developing the players' skills and refining their technical and physical abilities.
The team's coaching staff has called up 24 players whose names are: Dana Al-Binali, Hetaf Hazazi, Joud Ibrahim, Lara Al-Dhaw, Diala Sarouji, Arwa Al-Rashid, Joan Al-Nassar, Latifa Abu Hamid, Rital Al-Mutairi, Raghad Al-Shadoukhi, Suwar Amr, Ghadi Al-Otaibi, Shahd Mohammed, Ghala Kurdi, Rima Abdulaziz, Dima Al-Sharif, Hessa Mohammed, Hatoon Al-Ghaib, Nadia Saleh, Yara Al-Saleh, Judy Khashan, Joud Al-Amoudi, Hajar Al-Jabri, and Hour Al-Farid.
The team aims to gain experience through this participation, competing against other national teams, which will contribute to developing their skills and enhancing their competitiveness at the regional level. The national team plays in Group A, which includes the Palestinian and Iraqi national teams. The Saudi team will begin their tournament campaign against Iraq on December 5th, followed by a match against Palestine on December 9th, both part of the group stage.
The team's coach, Sahar Dabouq, stated: "This training camp represents a crucial step in the journey of the under-15 national team. During this time, we are focusing on developing the players' skills and strengthening team cohesion to ensure a respectable performance worthy of the Kingdom's name."
For her part, Alia bint Abdulaziz Al-Rashid, Director of Women's Football at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, expressed her pride in the team's first participation, emphasizing that the Federation aims to leverage this experience to boost the players' confidence and prepare them for future competitions.
