The NT resumes training ahead of Arab Cup match against UAE

The Saudi national team resumed training this evening, Tuesday, in preparation for their match against the UAE on Thursday, in the third-place playoff of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025™.

The players held their training session this evening under the supervision of head coach Hervé Renard.

The Saudi team players were divided into two groups, as the first one, comprised of players who started in the match against Jordan, who performed a recovery session in the gym, while the second group trained on the Aspire Academy pitches, practicing various drills in different areas, followed by set-piece practice.

Meanwhile, player Murad Al-Hawsawi did not complete the training session due to muscle pain.

The Saudi team will continue preparations with another training session at 4:00 PM tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Aspire Academy pitches. The first 15 minutes of this session will be open to the media.
