Based on the powers vested in the Competitions Committee, and after reviewing the reports of the referees and the match observer, as well as the official correspondence received, and confirming that Al-Kawkab Club did not meet the organizational requirements for holding the match as stipulated in the Second Division League regulations, in accordance with the approved bylaws and regulations, and after allowing Al-Kawkab Club to present its arguments and having them considered,

The Committee decided to uphold the match result, declaring Al-Kawkab Club the loser with a score of (0-3) in favor of Al-Saqr Club.

This result will be reflected in the league standings, in accordance with the competitions and tournaments regulations.

This decision is final and not subject to appeal.
