
The NT arrives in New York for the 2026 World Cup training camp

The Saudi national team arrived in New York City on Monday evening from Riyadh to begin the first phase of their training camp, the fourth and final stage of their preparation program for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™.
The team will remain in New York until May 31, and will play a friendly match against Ecuador on Saturday, May 30, at Sports Illustrated in Harrison, New Jersey.
Upon their arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), the team was greeted by the Saudi Consul General in New York, Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Hamdan, and the Deputy Consul General, Abdullah Al-Fawzan.
The President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mishal, expressed his gratitude to the Saudi Consulate in New York for their warm welcome and assistance in facilitating their arrival.
The Saudi national team is scheduled to launch its training program tomorrow evening, Tuesday, with a training session to be held at the New York City FC training center, as part of the camp's technical program.
