NT U-17 loses to Spain in preparation for World Cup

The Saudi Arabia U-17 national team lost 2-1 to Spain in a friendly match held Tuesday evening as part of their training camp in Spain, which is part of the preparations for the 2026 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.
The Saudi goal was scored by Fares Boushagra in the 49th minute.
National coach Ahmed Al-Hanfoush fielded the following starting lineup in the match against Spain: Abdullah Al-Mas in goal, Jawad Al-Hashem, Ahmed Ishaq, Marwan Al-Yami, Ammar Maimani, Abdulrahman Al-Mami, Saif Al-Subhi, Faisal Alaa, Ali Al-Makki, Fares Boushagra, and Saif Al-Qarah.
The Saudi U-17 team will face Uruguay in another friendly, next Thursday as part of Spain training camp.
It is worth noting that the Saudi Arabia U-17 national team is in Group D of the World Cup, alongside France, Uruguay, and Haiti.
