The Saudi Arabian Football Federation decided to approve a maximum of 7 foreign refereeing teams for each team during the Prince Muhammad Bin Salman Professionals Cup League matches for the new sports season 2020-2021, whether the match was on or outside the team’s stadium.
The SAFF stated in an official statement to the clubs that the request of the foreign crew requires sending the request at least 16 days before the match, with the clubs bearing the costs of the foreign staff and fulfilling all administrative procedures notified to the clubs, except for the first round, as the request is raised 14 days before the match.
