
Olympic National Team launches the preparation program for Tokyo Olympics

On Monday, The under-23 national team will launch the preparation program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, scheduled for July 2021.
Dammam hosts the under-23 national team camp, which runs until October 14th, as part of the first phase of the Tokyo Olympics preparation program.
Saad Al-Shehri, the technical director of the national team, called 25 players to join the camp, their names came as follows: Muhammad Al-Rabei, Amin Bukhari, Zaid Al-Bawardi, Abdullah Al-Omari, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Abd Al-Basit Hindi, Awn Al-Selouli, Abdullah Hassoun, Saud Abdel-Hamid and Hamad Al-Yami, And Fahd Al-Hamad, Khaled Al-Dabish, Ali Al-Hassan, Nasser Al-Omran, Hussein Al-Issa, Nasser Al-Dosari, Muhammad Al-Mujhd, Mukhtar Ali, Sami Al-Naji, Ayman Yahya, Khaled Al-Ghanem, Abd Al-Rahman Gharib, Abdul Rahman Al-Yami, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, and Firas Al-Braikan.
The under-23 national team is scheduled to open its training sessions on Tuesday evening at Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Stadium.
It is reported that the under-23 national team qualified for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020) after winning one of the qualifying seats in the U-23 AFC Cup in Thailand last January, during which it finished second.
