
The under-19 national team defeats Bahrain in preparation for the Asian Cup

The under-19 national team defeated Bahrain national team 2-0 on Monday at Ettifaq Club Stadium, within the preparatory camp in Dammam, which comes as a part of the preparatory program for the U-19 AFC Cup 2020 in Uzbekistan.
The two goals of the under-19 national team were scored by Saad Al Nasser in the 33rd and 63rd minutes in the match.
Coach Saleh Al-Muhammadi entered the meeting with a list consisting of: Raed Azibi in goalkeeping, Khaled Daghriri, Ryan Hamed, Muhammad Al-Yami, Muhammad Al-Oufi, Basil Al-Siali, Awad Al-Nashiri, Khalil Al-Absi, Saad Al-Nasser, Haitham Asiri, and Muhammad Maran.
The national team will resume its training tomorrow, Tuesday, in preparation for he next match against Bahrain match next Thursday at the end of the camp.
It is reported that the national team comes in Group C of the U-19 AFC Championship 2020 in Uzbekistan which qualifies for the U-20 FIFA World Cup 2021 in Indonesia, alongside Australia, Vietnam, and Laos.
