The Competitions Committee of the Saudi Football Association decided to transfer the Al-Ahly and Al-Ain match in the round of 16 matches of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, scheduled for Thursday, December 17 at 8:20 pm, to the reserve stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.
The decision of the committee was based on the testimony it received from the Sports Facilities Operation Department at the Ministry of Sports, which indicates the start of winter maintenance work for the main stadium.
The relevant committee, whose membership includes the Ministry of Sports, the Saudi Federation and the Professional League, had visited the reserve stadium during the last period, and was aware of the stadium's readiness to host matches and its compliance with the terms and standards of the Professional League.
