
KSA with Qatar, Japan and Syria in AFC U-23 Championship

The draw of The 2020 AFC U-23 Championship took place on Thursday, in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Saudi u-23 national team came in Group B alongside: Qatar, Japan and Syria.
For his part, Khalid Al-Mekren, the supervisor of the junior teams in the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, SAFF, attended the draw ceremony, as he was accompanied by Saudi u-23 team director Naif Al-Qady.
A total of 16 teams will compete in the tournament, as It will take place between 8–26 January 2020 in Thailand, to determine the three Asian qualified teams to the 2020 Summer Olympics men's football tournament.
