Al Misehal meets NT U23 players in Riyadh camp

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Football Association, Yasser Al-Mashal, met the players and employees of the NT U-23 today, Tuesday, at the headquarters of the national team in Riyadh, on the sidelines of the camp during a period of (FIFA) days, which extends until the 30th of this month, as part of the preparation program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo , And scheduled to be held at the end of next July.

The President of the Saudi Football Association praised the high discipline shown by the national team players during the previous two camps, praising their great eagerness and interest in appearing in the best form during the representation of the country, and wishing them success in the rest of the stages of preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

On the field level, Al-Akhdar players today continued their training at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, under the supervision of the technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, in a training session aimed tactically at building from behind under high pressure through passing exercises, then a two-thirds maneuver Pitch area.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, the national team will continue its training session at 4:30 pm, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.

It is reported that the NT U-23 announced its qualification for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020) after winning one of the qualifying seats in the AFC U-23 Cup in Thailand early last year, during which it finished second.
