
NT U-23 team continues its training at the Riyadh camp

Today, Friday, the U-23 continued its training within its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which extends until the fifth of next July, as part of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
Al-Akhdar players conducted their training session this Friday evening, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff. They began to apply preventive exercises, followed by training in miniature squares, to conclude the training session with the possession of the ball with the aim of endurance.
Tomorrow, Saturday, the national team will continue its training in two shifts, morning in the gymnasium, and in the evening at seven o’clock at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, in a training session open to the media.
It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
