
NT U23 raises its preparations for the Olympic Games at the Riyadh camp

Today, Sunday, the NT U-23 continued its training within its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which runs until the fifth of next July, as part of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
Al-Akhdar players conducted their training session this evening, Sunday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff. It began with their application of mini-square exercises 6 against 2, followed by a tactical training, during which the team was divided into two groups in which work focused on construction. Under high pressure on 3 parts.
Tomorrow, Monday, the national team will conduct its training in two shifts, morning in the gymnasium, and in the evening at seven o’clock at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, in a closed training session in front of the media.
It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
