
NT U23 beat Uganda in a friendly at the end of the Riyadh camp

The NT U-23 defeated its guest Uganda (first team) 2-0, in a friendly match that brought them together this evening, Monday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, at the conclusion of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
Abdullah Al-Hamdan opened the scoring for Al-Akhdar in the 40th minute of the first half, while Abdul Rahman Al-Yami consolidated the score with a second goal in the last minute of the match.
Technical director Saad Al-Shehri entered the meeting with a list consisting of: Muhammad Al-Rubaie in the goalkeeper, Saud Abdul Hamid, Khalifa Al-Dosari, Abdul Basit Hindi, Yasser Al-Shahrani, Ali Al-Hassan, Salman Al-Faraj, Sami Al-Najai, Abdul Rahman Gharib, Salem Al-Dosari, Abdullah Al-Hamdan.
It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
