NT U23 tied with Romania in a friendly preparation for the Olympic Games

The NT U-23 drew 1-1 with its host Romania, in a friendly match that brought them together this evening, Saturday, at Mogoswaia Stadium, as part of the sixth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).

Romania opened the scoring in the 16th minute, while Salem Al-Dosari scored the equalizer in the 33rd minute of the first half.

Technical director Saad Al-Shehri entered the meeting with a list consisting of: Muhammad Al-Rubaie in the goalkeeper, Saud Abdul Hamid, Khalifa Al-Dosari, Abdul Basit Hindi, Yasser Al-Shahrani, Ali Al-Hassan, Salman Al-Faraj, Ayman Al-Khalif, Sami Al-Najai, Salem Al-Dosari, Abdullah Al-Hamdan.

It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in the “fourth” group in the football competitions in the Tokyo Olympics, along with the teams of Ivory Coast, Germany and Brazil, where Al-Akhdar will open its campaign against Ivory Coast on July 22, and then meet Germany on July 25 From the same month, before meeting Brazil on July 28.
